1. Do Interior designers offer a warranty on home interiors?

Yes. We offer a full home warranty, including modular systems, furniture, on-site services & more.
Semi-modular products Up to 8-year warranty,
Sofas Up to 3-year warranty,
Furniture Up to 1-year warranty,
On-site services Up to 1-year warranty

Hardware Accessories Any brand- 2year manufacturing warranty.

2. Does interior designing offer a warranty on services and what is covered?

Desirin Projects interiors offer a warranty for 12 months (T&C) on on-site services, including painting, gypsum false ceiling, electrical, and plumbing work. All orders are covered under the on-site services warranty.

3. What are the steps to claim a warranty?

Just give us a call or contact us through email to register your warranty claim.

4. Can the warranty be renewed after expiry?

No. Currently, we do not offer you an extension or renewal of the Warranty.

Would there be a charge in case services are required after the Warranty period ends?

We shall be happy to provide after-sales services even after the expiry of the Warranty period. The service charges/labor charges would be marginal however; you will have to pay material charges (if anything needs to be replaced).

5. Are customized products covered under Warranty?

We pride ourselves as the only company to provide a warranty on customized products.

6. Are decor products and accessories covered under Warranty?

Few décor items and accessories may or may not come with a manufacturer warranty, depending on the products. Kindly consult our authorized representative to find out more about the manufacturer’s warranty period of any such product, not listed above.

7. When can the warranty be void?

Excessive or commercial use, relocation, or sanitization of homes and products can make the warranty void.

8. What is the maximum value that can be claimed under a warranty

Warranty initially applies to repair, however in case replacement is required, the maximum amount covered shall be the cost of the product less depreciation. The difference shall be borne by the client.

Important Note: 

Warranty Certificate Eligibility:

  • The warranty certificate for our products and services will be provided and applicable only after 100% of the payment is cleared by the client.

  • If there is any outstanding balance, the warranty will not be applicable to any products or services provided by us.

  • The warranty period starts only after the full payment has been received and the warranty certificate has been issued.
